At Gnomon Watches, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Initiate a Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the watch in its original box with all warranty cards, manuals, and protective plastics intact to ensure it arrives in brand-new condition.
Ship Your Return
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable courier service to send the package back to our Singapore headquarters for inspection.
Inspection and Refund
Once our watchmakers verify the condition of the timepiece, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
