Yes, Gnomon Watches is an authorized dealer for all the brands we carry. Every timepiece is guaranteed 100% authentic and comes with a valid manufacturer's warranty.
How long does international shipping take?
We provide express worldwide shipping via DHL or FedEx. Most international orders arrive within 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn watches in their original packaging with all protective plastics intact. Please contact our support team to initiate a return authorization.
Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes levied by their destination country. These fees are not included in our shipping costs.
Can I have the watch bracelet resized before shipping?
Absolutely. You can provide your wrist measurement in the order notes, and our professional watchmakers will resize the bracelet for you free of charge before shipment.
